Badger cut
Badger cut lets you mark a section of your stream for removal using only your voice. Say a trigger phrase while you're live. When the footage is processed, the seconds before the phrase are automatically marked as a cut.
Trigger phrases
| Phrase | Cuts the previous |
|---|---|
| "badger cut 5" | 5 seconds |
| "badger cut 10" | 10 seconds |
| "badger cut 15" | 15 seconds |
| "badger cut 30" | 30 seconds |
| "badger cut 60" | 60 seconds |
How to use it
Say the phrase clearly during your stream. The number is how many seconds to cut, counted backwards from the moment you said it.
The duration is required. Saying just "badger cut" without a number won't trigger anything.
Use it as often as you like. Each command works independently. If two of your cuts overlap, they merge into one continuous cut.
Reviewing your cuts
On the timeline, sections triggered by badger cut show a distinct badger cut badge so you can see exactly where your voice commands were detected.
You always have final say. Your voice command sets the default to cut, but during review you can flip any badger cut segment back to keep. Handy when a blooper turns out to be the best moment of the stream.
